Independent Construction Software Sales Representative

Rental Leak is looking for independent commission-based sales representatives who understand contractors, construction operations, equipment rental or B2B software sales.
Rental Leak helps contractors control costs from rented equipment and temporary jobsite services by tracking rentals, billing cycles, rollover dates, off-rent requests, returns and vendor invoices across projects.
What you’ll do
- Prospect and connect with general contractors, specialty contractors, project managers, superintendents, operations managers, equipment managers and construction business owners.
- Identify companies managing rentals through spreadsheets, email, rental-company portals or manual processes.
- Introduce Rental Leak and explain the rental-cost problem it solves.
- Qualify interested contractors.
- Book product demonstrations.
- Follow up with prospects.
- Strong representatives may eventually conduct demonstrations and close accounts directly.
Compensation
This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity. There is no base salary or guaranteed compensation.
- Representatives earn 35% of collected subscription revenue for the first 12 months for each customer they close.
- Commission is earned only on customer payments actually received by Rental Leak.
- There is no commission cap.
- Rental Leak pricing currently starts at $59/month.
