Questions
Is there really a free trial?
Yes — 30 days on every plan, with no credit card to start. For launch, the first 100 contractors get 30 days free.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically without a plan on file. If you don’t pick a plan, the account moves to a read-only state — your history is never hidden or deleted, you just can’t add new rentals until you choose a plan.
Can I change plans later?
Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. A downgrade that wouldn’t fit your current number of users is blocked until you deactivate members — RentalLeak never removes people for you.
Do you store my card?
No. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe. RentalLeak only stores non-sensitive references such as the card brand and last four digits.
